Automatic Replies

If you’d like to send an automatic response while you’re on leave you can sign into outlook.com.

Click on the settings icon at the top(1) and within that menu click on “View all Outlook Settings”(2)

 

Select “Automatic Replies On”,
If you’d like to send replies during a specific time only you can tick the box that says “Send replies only during a time period”, and then set the date range of when you’d like this to occur.

There are two boxes for your response, one is for internal use within your organization, and the other box is for external use.

 

Once you click “Save” the settings will be applied.

To stop the automatic replies, repeat the first steps and untick the “Automatic replies on”, and then click save.
