Email the Helpdesk…
Our helpdesk can be emailed directly on support@keepingitsimple.it Please keep in mind that emailing staff directly will only slow down your support, we rotate our helpdesk agents so if you email team members directly, they may not currently be assigned to that helpdesk. Please only email support requests to the helpdesk email.
Give Us a Call…
Call our support team on +442895 622 244 Option 2 (Outside of the UK: 0044 2895 622 244 Option 2) When you give us a call in, the team will create a ticket on your behalf while your on the phone, please be patient with the staff as there is a certain amount of detail required to create a reliable support ticket but the support agent will walk you through the information.
Using Your New Support Agent…
Your endpoint now comes equipped with our support agent! If you have a look in the taskbar (beside the clock) you will see our signature K, if it’s not there, click the upwards facing arrow to reveal hidden icons. When you right click on the K you can choose to open a support ticket directly, you also have the option to live chat with our helpdesk, our live chat operates like a telephone queue so isn’t always the fastest method of getting support but please feel free to use it any time.
